At Crownhill View in Ashford, Kent — a Redrow development featuring a collection of 3- and 4-bedroom homes alongside apartments — our team successfully delivered the full Exacts Triple Package, covering carpentry, windows, and finishes.
The works included 133 carpentry plots, with comprehensive first, second, and final fix carpentry completed to Redrow’s high standards. In addition, we carried out window installations across 139 plots and delivered finishes on 22 plots, including communal areas and apartment blocks. This project highlights our ability to coordinate multi-phase works across mixed housing types while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency throughout.
