Our Sign-Off Procedures
As part of our commitment to quality, consistency, and accountability, Exact Group has developed and implemented a fully integrated digital sign-off system that underpins all three of our divisions — carpentry, windows, and flooring. Developed in-house, this bespoke platform ensures that every stage of our work is thoroughly documented, verified, and aligned with client expectations.
Operatives and supervisors complete structured, trade-specific checklists, capturing supporting evidence such as photographs, video footage, notes, and time-stamped confirmations. This approach provides clear, real-time visibility over the progress and quality of each unit, helping site teams and client stakeholders stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
The system also produces instantaneous PDF reports, enabling efficient handovers, streamlined audits, and full traceability across every plot. Whether for NHBC compliance, internal quality assurance, or post-completion reference, all reports are securely stored and readily accessible when required. By embedding this digital process into our operational workflow, we enhance transparency, accuracy, and speed — reducing errors, strengthening communication, and ensuring our reputation for reliability is backed by verifiable data at every stage.
