At Exact Group, our commitment to quality doesn’t end at handover. That’s why we’ve established a dedicated Customer Care division that supports all three of our companies — Exact Construction, Exact Windows, and Exact Finishes. This centralised service ensures consistency, rapid response times, and a clear point of contact for any issues that arise after project completion.

We understand that in large-scale developments, occasional remedials or post-completion adjustments are sometimes necessary. Whether it’s a squeaky floorboard, a door that needs realigning, or a minor cosmetic issue, our Customer Care team is equipped to handle it. We work closely with site managers, homeowners, and client teams to ensure that all reported issues are dealt with efficiently, respectfully, and to the highest standards.

Every issue logged with our Customer Care team is tracked from initial report to final resolution, ensuring nothing is missed and communication remains open at every step. We aim to minimise disruption, resolve concerns quickly, and leave a lasting impression of professionalism and reliability — long after the initial work is completed.
